    NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the NVLINK NOS group, developing the NVLINK switch Operation System (OS). In this role you will be playing a major role in developing our OS which is critical to NVIDIA's next generation networking technologies, and enable large-scale deployment in High-Performance Computing (HPC) data centers.     What you'll be doing:

    + As a Senior Software Engineer at NVIDIA, you will use your expertise in Python and C++ to develop NVOS features in an Agile methodology

    + Owning and leading the development of major features end-to-end, trough its’ entire life cycle.

    + Being actively hands-on in OS software coding and debugging

    + Support customers integration with our NVLINK technology

    + Collaborating with off-shore teams

    What we need to see:

    + Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical field; or equivalent experience

    + 5+ years of overall technical experience

    + Python/C++ programming skills

    + Working in Linux environment

    + Able to self-teach and to learn quickly

    + Proactive

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:

    + Experienced with Sonic OS

    + Networking experience

    + Working with customers

    + Excellent social and written communication skills

    The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
