Swedish Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their team in Bellevue, Washington. This role offers a balanced clinical day split between direct patient care and In Basket management support, within a warm and welcoming work culture. Nurse practitioners will see approximately 8 patients a day on a 30-minute appointment template. The candidate will share a panel with 3 other providers. The clinic is conveniently located west of the I-405 freeway with free parking. The facility houses a specialty clinic and offers lab and x-ray on site. * Full-time; 1.0 FTE

* 4-day work week

* NP’s do not take call

* Experience required; one year of primary care experience highly preferred

* Compensation is between $128,000 and $188,319 per year

* Compensation is based on years of post-licensure experience

* The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
