    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all prospective student-athlete on-campus visits. Will additionally assist the coaching and football staff in all aspects of the recruiting process and the successful onboarding of student-athletes to the University of Michigan. Under the ultimate supervision of the Head Football Coach, this position will report to the Director of On-Campus Recruiting and must adhere to all NCAA rules and regulations.

    Responsibilities*

    + Assistintheexecutionofallon-campusrecruitingeffortstoincludeprospectivestudent-athlete official visits, unofficial visits and game day recruiting functions.

    + Establishrelationshipswithprospectivestudent-athletes,theirfamiliesandchampionsoftheirrecruitment.

    + OrganizeapplicablerecruitinginformationasdeterminedbytheHeadCoachandotherfootball staff members.

    + Responsibleformaintainingrelationshipswithvendors,hotels,on-campusassetsandUniversity staff contacts.

    + Assistthe FootballOperations staffwith dailyteam logisticsandtravel.

    + WorkcollaborativelywiththeDirectorofFootballAdministration&StudentServicesinthe successful onboarding process of student-athletes.

    + Assistcampdirectorwiththeorganizationofallinstitutionalsummerfootballcampsandthe Youth Impact Program.

    + Other duties asassigned

    Required Qualifications*

    + Bachelor degreerequired.

    + Experience at the collegiatelevel.

    + KnowledgeofandcommitmenttoNCAADivisionIRulesandRegulationsaswellasBigTenbylaws.

    + Outstandingorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail.

    + Must possess strong interpersonal and communicationskills.

    + Must have a service-orientedattitude.

    + Demonstratedabilitytoprioritizeandmanagemultipletaskswithcompetingdeadlinesandwork effectively with frequent interruptions.

    + Demonstratedproblem-solvingskillsandasolutions-focusedapproachtochallengesandimprovements.

    + Demonstratedabilitytoutilizegoodjudgmentintheinterpretationandapplicationofpolicies and procedures and to exercise discretion in confidential matters is essential.

    + ExcellentcomputerskillsincludingMicrosoftOfficeSuite,Concur,andgooglemail/calendarsystem.
