About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements across finance, supply chain, and HR modules. This role will partner with cross-functional business and engineering teams to drive the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle ERP programs, including technical design, data migration, integrations, and post-go-live support.

+ Manage stakeholder relationships across business, IT, and vendor teams to align technical objectives with business priorities.

+ Drive the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Supply Chain, and HCM.

+ Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and oversee solution architecture, configurations, and custom development.

+ Coordinate with solution architects, developers, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP integrations with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, legacy systems).

+ Establish and manage program governance, project plans, resource allocations, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

+ Ensure compliance with IT controls, data privacy, and audit requirements for ERP environments.

+ Drive continuous improvement, establishing best practices and reusable frameworks for future ERP projects.

Required Qualifications:

+ 8+ years of experience in technical program management with a strong focus on Oracle ERP systems.

+ Proven experience delivering large-scale Oracle ERP implementations or cloud migrations (Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite).

+ Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data structures, APIs, and integration techniques.

+ Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Integration Cloud, PaaS).

+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface across executive, functional, and technical teams.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Oracle Cloud ERP certification(s).

+ Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

+ Background in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).

+ Experience with legacy system decommissioning and data archival strategies.

+ Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD in ERP environments.
