    **Location:** Wayne, IN | **Pay Rate:** $20.49/hour | **Schedule:** FT/Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

    About the Role:

    As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your contributions will help maintain smooth operations and support our business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Sales Order Entry: Enter all new sales orders and make necessary changes to existing orders, including expedited shipments.

    + Accuracy Review: Review automated sales orders for accuracy and compare new orders to forecasts to determine confirmation dates.

    + Order Confirmation: Send order confirmations to Customer Service Representatives (CSR).

    + Price Discrepancies: Review and fix price discrepancies on customer purchase orders with account managers.

    + Shipment Processing: Process contract manufacturing shipments and send documents to CSR and forwarders.

    + Report Management: Manage open sales order reports to maintain accuracy.

    + Consignment Orders: Enter and process consignment orders.

    + Record Management: Create and change customer material info records (CMIR) and purchase info records and source lists.

    + ECN Approvals: Handle Engineering Change Notice (ECN) approvals.

    + Data Cleanup: Clean up invalid purchase requisitions creating demand in different factories.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Proficiency in low-volume data entry and basic management of electronic files.

    + Ability to access information from a computer and maintain a database.

    + Experience in entering data for envelopes, labels, form letters, and correspondence.

    + Skills in formatting and producing documents.

    + Attention to detail for data field accuracy compliance.

    Preferred:

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

    **Pay Details:** $20.49 per hour
