Greenway is looking for enthusiastic and talented Computer Science graduates to join our dynamic team. As a product-based company, we are excited to invite graduates to participate in our 5-month Internship Program. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work on real-world software development projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to the latest industry practices.
We are aiming for an 80% conversion rate, where successful completion of the internship may lead to a performance-based opportunity for conversion to a full-time role, depending on your contributions, performance, and alignment with the team’s needs.

Education and Experience:
•We are looking for fresh graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
•Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java).
•Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
•Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
•Awareness of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
•Willingness to explore frameworks like React, Node.js, or .NET.
•Awareness of cloud computing like - AWS, Azure or GCP
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Soft Skills:
•Problem-Solving Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient solutions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
•Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and development methodologies.
•Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
•Ability to think logically and systematically about problems and potential solutions.
•A strong desire to learn and grow professionally, staying up-to-date with new programming languages and technologies.
•Working well in a team environment, contributing to group discussions, and respecting others' opinions.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
+ You are expected to have a reliable work-from-home setup to effectively support remote work.
+ While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday.
+ This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.

This means you will be expected to work on-site at the corporate office for part of the week and remotely for the remainder.
