We’re searching for a Finance Analyst - Medicaid Services to join our Medicaid Finance team, so that we can better assist our customers with their regulatory requirements. The Finance Analyst - Medicaid Services will comprehensively engage with our Medicaid-related initiatives.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

+ Enter data of Medicaid rebates related to the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and verify Medicaid invoice batch information to ensure both accurate and timely data

+ Manage weekly check runs in order to have an overview of check and ACH payment processing

+ Maintain QuickBooks, customers’ bank accounts and balances, as well as process rebate payments to support accurate financial reporting

+ Aid in maintaining accurate financial records in order to support the Medicaid and Government Pricing team

+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure maximum value from our products or services

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

+ Experience in Data Analysis, and it is a bonus if your background is also in Medicaid

+ Proven success in analyzing financial data, reconciling state utilization data, and supporting Medicaid compliance initiatives

+ Skill in interacting with multiple stakeholders including all levels of personnel, external customers, and state contacts

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously within strict deadlines

+ Sincere interest in problem-solving while paying close attention to details

+ A knack for working as a strategic thinking, self-starter within a cross-functional group
