As an hourly HR Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our associates, driving excitement at work and promoting HR compliance.
Where Youll Work
Imagine a high-tech prescription command center. Thats a Central Fill Pharmacy! This cutting-edge facility uses smart automation and a dedicated team to rapidly and accurately prepare medications for numerous local pharmacies, acting as the backbone for pharmacy efficiency. Central Fill Pharmacies are game-changers, supercharging pharmacys future by boosting efficiency, enhancing safety, enabling scalability, unlocking new patient care models, and fueling the tech revolution that benefits the entire pharmacy world.
Who Youll Support
You will provide support to associates during the shift, including onboarding new associates, presenting at associate meetings, and completing HR administer tasks. While your primary work schedule will align with first shift hours, this role requires availability, which may include starting as early as 7:00 am or concluding as late as 9:00 pm on occasion during the week.
What Youll Do
+ Support Learning Programs: Help coordinate learning activities by getting materials ready, tracking progress in our systems, and organizing feedback to improve our training.
+ Team Contributor: Work with a team to complete tasks, share information, and help everyone stay on track to meet our goals.
+ Help Improve Processes: Assist in developing and implementing new ways of doing things by gathering information, tracking progress, and suggesting improvements.
+ New Hire Assistant: Support new employees by helping with orientation, scheduling their trainings, and making them feel welcome.
+ Follow Company Guidelines: Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in your daily work, and ask questions if youre unsure.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.40-$33.60*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
Minimum Qualifications...
