This office opening in October 2025 will be part of a multidisciplinary team of medical, rehabilitation, and wellness professionals dedicated to improving the health of the community. We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our team and help us provide exceptional patient experience. This clinic will include specialty programs in:Pelvic Health,Lymphedema,Orthopedic Physical Therapy,Orthopedic and Neurologic Occupational Therapy,Back to Life Fitness program *Position Description* *Seeking applicants interested in treating either Lymphedema or Pelvic Health. Experienced clinicians or candidates who are interested in being trained in these areas are encouraged to apply.* The Occupational Therapist (OT) independently evaluates patients’ level of function and determines, develops, and implements individualized treatment goals and plans in alignment with the patient/caregiver goals. The Occupational Therapist (OT) determines treatment strategies and delivers Occupational Therapy services that promote health and wellness, prevent injury or disability, improve and develop self-dependency and maintenance, productivity, leisure, perceptual motor function, rest, mental, cognitive physical, sensory-perceptual, psychosocial developmental, and emotional wellbeing in a variety of contexts and environments in order to maximize function in the areas of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. **__ ** · Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from a program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) · OT working experience preferred, but will also consider new graduates who are interested in being trained in either Lymphedema or Pelvic Health · License to practice as an OT in the state of CT.
