In this position...
You will be a critical driver of data-informed decision-making and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across NAVL and Ford Motor Company. A core objective of this role is to support the vital process of delivering finished vehicles efficiently to our dealerships and ports across North America. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and project management methodologies to deliver impactful solutions for various internal partners and external organizations, You will also directly contribute to optimizing our vehicle logistics operations and to ensuring vehicles reach their final destinations.

What you'll do...
+ Design, develop, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
+ Utilize Alteryx to automate data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
+ Lead and manage business solutions projects, ensuring clear definition of scope, objectives, and deliverables.
+ Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
+ Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among cross-functional internal teams, external partners, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Conduct productive whiteboarding sessions and workshops to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and foster alignment.
+ Maintain meticulous and organized notes from meetings and discussions, ensuring clear understanding and accountability for action items.
+ Schedule and lead regular project gate review meetings, presenting progress, key decisions, and potential roadblocks through well-structured presentations.
+ Develop and maintain thorough project documentation, including requirements gathering, process flows, implementation plans, and change management strategies.
+ Present data-driven insights and project updates effectively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, through clear and concise presentations and reports.
+ Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
+ Support the adoption of new processes and tools by developing and executing effective change management plans.
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
+ Research and leverage understanding of industry best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and project management to drive continuous improvement.
You'll have...
+ Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
+ 1+ Years of experience in roles demonstrating a blend of data analysis, business intelligence (Power BI, Alteryx), and project management skills

+ Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and create impactful visualizations using Power BI.
+ Hands-on experience using Alteryx for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
+ Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels.
+ Experience facilitating meetings and documenting key outcomes and action items.
+ Ability to create clear and concise presentations for various audiences.
+ Experience with formal project management methodologies.
+ Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
+ Experience working with external suppliers or partners.
+ Advanced skills in data modeling and SQL.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Experience with other data visualization or ETL tools.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Capability to operate independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to travel occasionally, to support areas of responsibility.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills: to speak with or present to internal stakeholders and to represent Ford and/or NAVL, while engaging with external partners and suppliers.
+ Ability to handle complex issues and multi-tasking.
+ Strong organizational skills.

This position is a range of salary grades 6, 7 and 8.
