Kelly Engineering is hiring an experienced **Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer** for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a groundbreaking medical manufacturing facility in Janesville, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and mentor engineers on instrumentation and control (I&C) technology

+ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track

+ Review and guide the design of digital and analog control systems (DCS, PLC, DAQ)

+ Select and specify the right sensors, instruments, and power sources

+ Own the design, procurement, and installation of assigned control equipment

+ Prepare technical specs, wiring diagrams, test plans, and installation drawings

What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

+ 5 -10+ years of experience in I&C engineering (nuclear or manufacturing industries preferred)

+ Solid knowledge of control systems, hardware, and software

+ Experience with plant startups and safety-related systems

+ Comfortable making key decisions and asking the right questions when needed
