    The **Ultrasound Technologist** is responsible for performing a variety of specialized technical tasks in Diagnostic Ultrasound utilizing high frequency sound waves to assist medical and professional pers **o** nnel in detecting anatomical abnormalities.

     

    This is a small outpatient office at Hackensack Meridian Imaging Clark

     

    We have** **4 staff members

     

    R** **esponsibilities include:** **Ultrasound Imaging and ordering supplie** **s.

    Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    + High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.

    + Graduate of an approved Ultrasound School.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

    Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

    + Minimum of one year of clinical experience in ultrasound.

    Licenses and Certifications Required:

    + Registered Vascular Technologist Certification (RVT) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification (RDMS) or Sonography Certification (ARRT, S) or Registered Vascular Specialist Certification (CCI, RVS)

    + AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
