Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: Join Our Team and Power the Future of Production! Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation? We’re looking for a skilled Electronics and Instrumentation Technician to help keep our production facility running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—diagnosing, maintaining, and improving the electrical and instrumentation systems that drive our success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot & Repair: Use tools like multimeters and diagnostic software to identify and resolve electrical issues. Instrumentation Expertise: Maintain and test process instruments such as flow meters, level transmitters, and switches. Collaborate: Work with internal teams and external partners to solve problems quickly and effectively. Interpret & Analyze: Read electrical schematics and manuals to guide your work. Optimize Systems: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing innovation. Train & Share Knowledge: Help upskill your teammates by sharing your technical expertise. Support Projects: Assist engineering and management teams on special projects and upgrades. Maintain Standards: Follow GMPs and safety protocols to ensure product quality and workplace safety. • Perform other duties as assigned. #firstinpeople Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: 2 year certification from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience in Instrumentation Technology EXPERIENCE: Three years strong industrial electrical background in a manufacturing environment (Food Processing Plant preferred). Experience in mechanical systems, welding and pneumatics helpful. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as electrical schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports, procedural manuals and correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in both one-on-one and group situations. Ability to respond to questions from internal/external customers/vendors at all levels including the management. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, fractions, ratios. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: Electrical Apprentice or Journeyman’s license preferred (but not required). OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Specific skills and abilities required that are not included in other sections: • Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell automation preferred. • Shift/weekend work may be required
