Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in **Fort Worth, TX** , as a **Manufacturing Support Team Member – Staff \(Level 4\)** \. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring production aligns with engineering requirements while coordinating across engineering, quality, and customer\-facing functions\.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Ensure Production Accuracy – Work closely with engineering teams to confirm that build processes meet design specifications\.
• Support Quality & Compliance – Partner with Quality and Material Review Board \(MRB\) teams to assess non\-conformances and implement corrective actions\.
• Engage with Customers & Auditors – Serve as a liaison with DCMA and external customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with program and contractual standards\.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and quality enhancements within manufacturing operations\.

Basic Qualifications:
• Low Observable \(LO\) Coatings experience\.
• 5 yrs Experience or more in Manufacturing &/or Production Operations
• Experience leading projects
• Knowledge and experience with SFM, and QADS software
• Experience with MS Office suite, including MS Project
• DCMA/Customer experience
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Analytical skills to establish, maintain and interpret key metrics
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision\.
• Understanding of production operations processes
• Root Cause Corrective Action along with Green or Black Belt experience\.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong network or utilize their knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefits business partners
• Gather relevant information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceives relationships among problems or issues
• Strong communication and problem solving skills\. The ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions\.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of formal problem solving methodologies, and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Desire to actively participate and support in production floor operations

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
