Manufacturing Production Supervisor

**Location:** 777 Brooks Avenue, Holland, MI 49423

**Shift:** Full-time | 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

_Flexibility required for occasional weekend and holiday coverage._

_The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives._

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and coach production operators in executing daily and weekly schedules.

+ Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple packaging lines.

+ Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively.

+ Maintain and complete accurate production records and reports.

+ Monitor and ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment.

+ Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements.

+ Recommend long-term solutions such as equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and material alternatives.

+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

+ Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members.

+ Maintain effective labor relations within company policy and collective agreements.

+ This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (highly preferred)

+ Prior leadership/people management experience (required)

+ Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience preferred
