What will you do?
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers and achieving a budget within our refrigerant gas service and acquisition network as well as managing a portfolio of existing refrigerant reclaimers. This is a hybrid role where a percentage of time will be spent making phone calls/email/virtual meetings in the home office and the field selling in face-to-face meetings. You will achieve budget by acquiring new customers via phone and customer visits while partnering with the field service teams to maximize current business to meet gas acquisition and service revenue goals.
Primary Place of Work
Home office with travel to A-Gas sites, customers, and other sites as required. This position may require greater than 30% travel. We're seeking someone living in Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain long-term relationships with refrigerant gas reclaim customers through frequent interactions, solution-oriented consulting and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
+ Ability and desire to complete sales calls over the phone for long periods of time
+ Develops strategic sales and growth plans to meet or exceed company goals
+ Partners with Network field locations to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing gas acquisition and recovery customers in order to meet and exceed gas acquisition and service revenue goals.
+ Identifies and onboards new accounts to expand and diversify the customer portfolio
+ Reviews market analyses to provide input into customer needs, price schedules, and rates
+ Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service on promotions and programs that drive positive impact and provide superior customer service
+ Represents company at trade association meetings
+ Must have an understanding of the AIM act and the ability to converse with customers on the impact of this legislation
+ Responsible for managing their own time effectively, identifying possible barriers to getting the work done and seeking support when needed
+ Ability to work quickly, both independently and collaboratively
+ Any other task as reasonably required
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required with experience in sales, or 5+ years of relevant industry related experience in lieu of degree
+ Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time to see customers and build relationships
+ Previous experience working in Industrial Gas and/or Solution Selling; Refrigerants and/or HVAC-R experience preferred
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be able to analyze data and sales statistics to drive business results
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM products

Pay for this role will be commiserate with candidates experience. This role will be eligible for base pay plus our sales incentive commission plan.
