    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a 70 ton haul truck to transport rock products from the underground mine to the processing plant and stockpiles as directed

    + Able and willing to work in an underground limestone mine environment with room heights of 27 feet tall

    + Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

    + Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    + Assist with other tasks as needed to support plant operations.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    + Commitment to safety, compliance with regulations and desire to learn.

    + Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

    + Willing to work up to 10-12 hrs/day; 6 days/wk when needed

    + Must be punctual and have reliable transportation

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
