    10098 – Procurement Finance Analyst

     

    Location – Fountain Valley, CA

    Purpose:

    Hyundai AutoEver America’s Procurement team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Finance Analyst to support strategic procurement initiatives through financial analysis, reporting,  as well as value stream mapping. This role will partner closely with Finance, and client-facing teams to optimize revenue streams, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business goals.

    Essential Functions:

    + Map and analyze revenue/value streams tied to procurement activities (e.g., vendor volume discount, bundled discounts, cost-to-revenue ratios).

    + Support the Procurement team in assessing supplier performance and total cost of ownership (TCO).

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and client-facing team to align procurement plans with revenue objectives.

    + Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and financial reports for leadership review.

    + Analyze variances between actual vs. forecasted costs and recommend margin or savings improvements.

    + Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking for procurement activities.

    + Identify financial risks or opportunities within vendor agreements and supply chain operations.

    + Assist in modeling business scenarios to evaluate procurement impacts and inform decision-making.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

    + 2-4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a procurement-related analytical role.

    + Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI.

    + Experience with ERP systems and procurement financial analysis.

    + Familiarity with supplier contracts, category management, and procurement processes is a plus.

    + Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

    + Experience with revenue mapping, cost modeling, or margin analysis preferred.

    + Working knowledge of procurement KPIs and strategic sourcing metrics.

     

    Salary Range - $83,940 - $120,032 + a superb benefits package we are happy to discuss with you.
