Job Descriptions:

Under the supervision of the Commercial Team Leader, the Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist will be primarily responsibility for onboarding new loans into the Bank’s Core Processing System, in addition to a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Commercial and Industrial Lending teams. This position requires attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Fund and on-board newly originated loans in the Bank’s Core Processing System

+ Process loan modifications

+ Monitor and process loan conversions in the Core

+ Perform maintenance on Borrowing Base Lines of Credit

+ Track auto liens and maintain database

+ Email quarterly SWAP Valuation reports to borrowers

+ Reconcile SWAP billing notices and remit payments to the counterparty

+ Prepare and process partial releases

+ Act as backup for GL reconciliations

+ Monitor and track exception documents to ensure perfected lien position

+ Act as backup for SBA 1502 reporting and reconciliation

+ Process advances, paydowns, payments and other common loan transactions in the Core

+ Process investor and participation loan payments

+ Address and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous, accurate and expeditious manner

+ Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

Required Experience:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

+ Ability to communicate with customers, attorneys and staff in a clear and professional manner

+ Ability to embrace and adapt to departmental and global changes

+ Ability to work in a fast pace environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

+ High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

+ 3-5+ years of working in a loan servicing post-close environment

+ Familiarity with the following loan products a plus: SWAP, Participation/Syndicate, Borrowing Base Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit, and SBA loans
