Job Description
A major medical technology company is seeking a Process Architect to join their PMO and lead improvements to its software delivery practices, ensuring they are both agile and compliant with healthcare regulatory standards. This role partners closely with engineering, quality, and agile teams to analyze current workflows, implement lifecycle management tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and align delivery practices with the organizations quality system. The Process Architect will configure and roll out new tools, develop supporting documentation and training, and occasionally act as a Scrum Master or Program Manager on software delivery projects. While Scrum responsibilities are minimal (~10%), a strong working knowledge of Agile and SAFe is essential.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience in software delivery within a regulated healthcare or medical device environment
Strong understanding of compliance standards (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, etc.)
Hands-on experience implementing and validating tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, test management platforms)
Proven ability to document processes, deliver training, and lead cross-functional collaboration
Background in Agile development methodologies
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
SAFe Certification (Release Train Engineer or SAFe Practitioner)
PMP Certification
Experience with reporting and dashboarding on tooling performance null
