Job Description

Requires an Associates Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or Electronics Technology or equivalent electronics technical school and four years combination of experience in the following areas: PLC programming, Radio systems, computer usage, instrumentation, electrical or HMI SCADA systems. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted for the education.

Must possess a State of Florida Class (E) Drivers License

Skills and Requirements

Programs PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).

Programs, installs and troubleshoots radio systems.

Troubleshoots software problems with SCADA panels.

Programs and troubleshoots HMI (Human-Machine-Interface) software.

Troubleshoots hardware on SCADA panels.

Troubleshoots computer software and hardware servers and workstations.

Networks configuration, installs and troubleshoots fiber optic connections.

Installs wiring for SCADA panels.

Builds SCADA panels.

Assists with purchase orders and work orders.

Performs other related duties as required. null
