    Job Description

    To maintain all boilers, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration system and all associated equipment, to its maximum capability at journeyman level. To operate energy management control system in an efficient manner.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    8+ years of working knowledge of boilers, heating, ventilating and air conditioning operations.

     

    Must be able to repair and perform maintenance on institutional type equipment.

     

    Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints.

     

    Demonstrated ability to solve problems with chillers, boilers, heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Valid drivers license and insurable driving record.

     

    Journeyman mechanical license preferred.

     

    Successful completion of a refrigerant transition and recovery course and tests. Certified for Type Universal. null
