Job Description

This enterprise level game studio is seeking expertise from a Pilot who can provide guidance to create the industry's most realistic flight simulator.

We have a team of real-world Pilots who bring their aviation subject matter expertise to our Flight Simulator products. The successful candidate will manage this team, and leverage their background in Software QA & Aviation to guide initiatives.

This is a Lead QA role, in which you will create test plans and strategies, and assign coverage across multiple workstreams. This requires excellent communication, prioritization and delegation skills.

This person should be one who is either a simulation enthusiast (i.e. simmer) or rated (real-world) pilot, in addition to having a professional background in Software QA.

They should be a self-starter who requires little direction, and can deal with ambiguity that comes up as part of the role.

Communication is also important, as they will need to answer questions and guide members of the team who are not simmers or pilots. If this role sounds like a great fit, apply today!

Skills and Requirements

Private or commercial Pilot experience

Excellent communication skills

Experience using flight simulator software

Professional experience in Software QA or relevant background in the Tech industry Experience in QA for Video Games null
