    Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

    Job Role and Responsibility:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to: lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments; contribute to large scale planning of strategies; design, code, test, debug and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments; review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures; resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements; collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and midlevel managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals; lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff; and provide support for vendor-developed software. Remote work permitted two days per week.

    Required Qualifications:

    Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field and four (4) years of software engineering experience.

    Specific skills required:

    • Experience with Java, Agile, Oracle, Javascript, Junit, Jenkins, SOAP UI, and REST web services

    • Experience with software development and QA Automation for web-based applications

    • Experience with SQL

    • Experience with scripting and automation

    • Experience with Test-driven development (TDD)

    • Experience with automated deployment CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Maven, and UDeploy

    • Experience with “test” centric development methodologies including Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

    • ACH (Automated Clearing House network) and online Payments

    • Experience with REST APIs

    • Experience with Cloud computing
