ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Manager of Business Transformation will drive strategic, cross-functional transformative initiatives that are key to achieving our organization’s growth objectives. This dynamic role combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful business impact. The Manager of Business Transformation will work closely with key stakeholders and their teams to provide insight and accelerate various internal strategic initiatives as needed. Given the project-based and cross-functional nature of this role, this individual will gain exposure to and work directly with virtually all facets of the business. Key Responsibilities include:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
+ Leading transformative operational projects that align with company’s growth goals
+ Taking full accountability for successful project delivery and measurable business outcomes
+ Preparing and presenting high-quality deliverables to senior leadership and Board of Directors
+ Driving alignment with key stakeholders to achieve shared organizational MBOs
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
+ Leadership - Inspire, motivate, and guide others to achieve ambitious goals, fostering accountability and collaboration.
+ Conflict resolution – Effectively navigate challenging situations and build consensus to drive results.
+ Critical thinking – Diagnose complex problems by involving key parties, gathering pertinent data and considering various options in decision making process. Develop, evaluate and implement effective solutions.
+ Communication and team building – Lead cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects effectively with excellent verbal and written communication.
+ Adaptability – Thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to push past face value of obstacles and explore solutions from stakeholder or system perspectives. Ability to interact with senior management level internally and externally. Proficiency using MS Office tools.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
+ Five (5) years experience related to business process analysis, business analysis, project management, performance benchmarking, metrics, change management, operational transformation, or strategic alignment required.
+ Three (3) years leadership experience, including experience in Operations, Technology, and/or large-scale project management required.
+ “Nose for value”; ability to identify opportunities through business judgment and pattern recognition.
+ A high level of curiosity, and a true desire for learning
+ Self-motivated and high energy; can easily function in a high-demand, performance-driven environment.
+ Must be willing to roll-up sleeves and get work done; this position requires tactical, hands-on execution and a personal drive for results.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and influence key stake holders.
+ High degree of initiative and desire to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
+ Strong emerging leadership attributes and experience – a change agent.
+ Low ego
+ Capable of moving past barriers, being self-directed/motivated.
+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and to handle multiple constituencies/priorities with minimal supervision under challenging conditions.
