Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Support with PC hardware (hard drives, memory, power supplies...)
+ Microsoft Windows troubleshooting
+ Account management (Active Directory)
+ Microsoft Azure administration
+ Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
+ Support with system backups
+ Support with network and infrastructure diagraming (Visio)
+ Support with network concepts and configuration
+ Helpdesk support
+ Network Security support and network switches and VLAN configuration support
+ Deviations and Change Control
+ Windows Patch Management
Qualifications / Skills:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering
+ Two – Five years of working experience supporting development organization
+ Network infrastructure, servers, and operating system support
+ Windows operating system and Active Directory (workstation/Thin Clients and server if possible)
+ VMware, Hyper V, and Virtualization in server environments
+ Scripting (Powershell and Command line)
+ Excellent customer service
+ Good documentation experience
+ Shipping and Receiving
P **hysical Requirements:**
+ The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed
+ The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time
+ The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to100% of applicable work time.
+ The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 25% of applicable work time.
+ The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
+ Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
Travel
+ Occasional (up to 10%) travel may be required based on business needs.
