Proven experience coordinating on-site vendor work and tenant requests
Working knowledge of leases, CAM charges, and building systems
Comfortable with being in the field majority of the time (50–75%)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build relationships with tenants and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio) is a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
