    Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a SEO Specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase online visibility. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing leadership to ensure best practices are properly implemented across our digital assets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute successful SEO strategies aligned with overall marketing goals

    + Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page SEO audits

    + Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures for improved search visibility

    + Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented

    + Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

    + Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, and indexing

    + Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

    + Develop link-building strategies and manage backlink acquisition

    + Provide SEO recommendations for new product launches, campaigns, and site redesigns

    + Generate regular performance reports and communicate key insights to stakeholders

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role

    + In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)

    + Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

    + Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot

    + Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
