    Description

    We are seeking a Bilingual Business Analyst to support Annual Enrollment communications within a Medicare & Retirement division. You will play a vital part in translating and managing member-facing materials in multiple languages to ensure clarity, compliance, and accessibility.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage the translation and reproduction of member communication materials into various languages and accessible formats

    + Review and validate translated documents for accuracy and consistency

    + Assist in editing and refining translated materials to align with internal standards

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content

    + Track progress and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

    Requirements

    + Minimum 2 years of professional project management experience, ideally in a communications, marketing, or healthcare environment

    + Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet tight turnaround times

    + Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once

    + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

    + Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese including the ability to read and review professional documents
