Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and software platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UI designers, to enhance usability and deliver solutions that align with user needs and business objectives

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into behavior and needs.

+ Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to present design concepts and enable iterative testing.

+ Design seamless and user-friendly interactions that align with branding and usability standards.

+ Partner with product managers, developers, UI designers, and stakeholders to create cohesive user experiences.

+ Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback and business priorities.

+ Ensure design solutions are inclusive and adhere to accessibility standards.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

+ Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

+ Understanding of interaction design, UX best practices, and responsive design principles.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey design ideas and guide user research sessions.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

+ Familiarity with industries like retail/e-commerce, healthcare, technology, or financial services is a plus.
