Description

A well-established, full-service firm in Everett, WA is seeking a skilled attorney looking to lead their business & real estate practice. This firm has a long-standing history of serving SMBs, local businesses, and municipal clients in Snohomish County.

This firm offers low billables (~1200), excellent work culture and retention, performance-based bonus potential and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

+ Representing clients in commercial real estate transactions and lease portfolios

+ Helping businesses with formations and ongoing transactional needs

+ Coordinating municipal clients’ legal needs within leasing and real estate projects

+ Directly managing the transition of clients from a retiring attorney

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; HSA; participation in the firm's 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan; reimbursement for bar dues; continuing legal education credits; and flexible paid time off.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ At least two years’ experience in transactional law (business or real estate emphasis)

+ A commitment to client service and relationship-building

+ Interest in establishing a long-term professional presence in Snohomish County
