Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Graphic Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, flyers, signage).

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and project managers, to conceptualize and execute creative projects.

+ Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, effectively communicating brand identity and messaging.

+ Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to produce modern and engaging designs.

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Revise and make adjustments to designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

+ Prepare final print and digital files for production and publication.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

+ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.

+ Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant tools.

+ Familiarity with web design tools and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

+ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

+ High attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability to various design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools, such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

+ Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital designs.
