    Description We are looking to welcome a Front Desk Supervisor to our team in the healthcare industry, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the front desk staff and managing daily operations. This role is integral to maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff

    • Manage and resolve various personality types in a detail-oriented manner

    • Utilize your administrative knowledge to streamline processes within the office environment

    • Leverage your leadership skills to promote a positive work environment

    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

    • Maintain precise customer credit records

    • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

    • Utilize Cobra Administration skills to enhance healthcare operations

    • Apply your healthcare knowledge to improve front desk operations and patient care. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role

    • Proficiency in Cobra Administration

    • Demonstrated administrative experience

    • Skilled in administrative management

    • Familiarity with administrative office procedures and protocols

    • Proven experience in supervising a team

    • Knowledge or experience in the Health Care sector is advantageous
