    Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance the customer journey and provide actionable insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising workflows.

    + Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to execute campaigns and track performance.

    + Build and refine lead nurturing processes to convert prospects into customers using personalized marketing strategies.

    + Develop audience segmentation strategies to increase campaign relevance and maximize ROI.

    + Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve overall effectiveness.

    + Collaborate with IT and sales teams to integrate the marketing automation platform with CRM systems and other tools.

    + Ensure marketing automation activities comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

    Requirements

    Key Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in marketing automation, with proficiency using platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.

    + Solid understanding of CRM software integrations and customer journey mapping.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and present actionable insights.

    + Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities to manage complex campaigns.

    + Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferre
