    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Developer to join our Information Technology team in Fort Worth, TX 76155. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to create innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while enhancing your technical expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaboration: Work closely with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and internal customers to understand and align with business requirements.

    + Application Development & Maintenance: Maintain, enhance, and develop enterprise services and applications following domain-driven design and test-driven development principles.

    + Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex bugs and performance issues to ensure seamless application functionality.

    + Project Documentation: Prepare detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates to support development goals.

    + Technology Research & Implementation: Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance security, performance, and processes.

    + Coding Standards & Security: Contribute to the development of coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices and security guidelines.

    + Collaboration with Architects: Partner with software architects and technical leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise goals and long-term growth needs.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    Top 3 Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

    + Expertise in Python (Pandas, PySpark, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, SQL, etc.).

    + Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Databricks

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience or training may also be considered.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in the SDLC, including designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in production environments.

    + 3 years of professional experience, including open-source contributions.

    •Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields (preferred).

    + 2–5 years of experience in full SDLC application development.

    + Experience in the Airline Industry is a plus.

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

    + Proficiency in Full Stack Development with demonstrated expertise in:

    + Python (Pandas, PySpark, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, SQL, etc.)

    + Azure Data Factory and Databricks

    + Machine Learning frameworks

    + Containerization tools like Docker

    + Cloud-based resources: Azure App Services and Azure Container Instances

    + Frontend: Angular, React

    + Backend: Spring Framework, Spring Boot, J2EE technologies (Java, JSP, JMS, JDBC, etc.)

    + Web Services: REST/SOAP (JSON/WSDL/XML)

    + Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.

    + Hands-on experience with database frameworks and performance tuning (e.g., Hibernate, Oracle, Object Relational Mapping).

    + Proficiency in tools like GitHub, Terraform, and DevOps Toolchains.

    + Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).

    + Familiarity with PaaS/SaaS services like Azure Power Apps or Palantir Foundry.

    + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
