Recruiting & Talent Placement

+ Source, interview, and match skilled candidates with client job opportunities

+ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions

+ Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates

+ Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through every step of the hiring process

Sales & Business Development

+ Develop new business through client outreach, referrals, and market research

+ Conduct onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and present staffing solutions

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships

+ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results and exceed client expectations

Requirements

+ A high-energy, results-driven professional with a passion for both recruiting and sales

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident in leading client meetings and candidate interviews

+ Proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a competitive environment

+ Comfortable navigating multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting

+ Previous staffing, sales, or recruitment experience is preferred
