Adecco is currently hiring a full time, janitorial position for our client located in Winooski. This role offers weekly pay and benefits.

+ **Daily Cleaning Duties:**

+ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and entrance areas.

+ Clean and restock supplies in public restrooms (if applicable).

+ Empty and dispose of trash and recycling from common area bins.

+ Wipe down surfaces including railings, mailboxes, light switches, and doorknobs.

3. Clean interior glass surfaces, including lobby doors and windows.

4. Dust baseboards, vents, and ceiling corners in common areas.

5. Power wash or deep-clean entranceways and outdoor sidewalks as needed.

6. Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs (if within scope of work).

7. **Safety & Maintenance Support:**

9. Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, burnt-out lights, or broken fixtures) to the property manager.

10. Monitor and restock janitorial supplies.

11. Follow proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.

12. **Customer Service:**

14. Interact professionally and respectfully with residents and staff.

15. Respond to occasional on-call or emergency cleaning requests (e.g., spills, accidents in common areas).

Qualifications

16. Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.

17. Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum, floor buffer, carpet cleaner).

18. Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.

19. Basic understanding of cleaning safety and use of chemicals.

20. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
