    Bilingual Heavy Equipment Sales Professional

    **Location:** Miami, FL

    **Salary:** $45,000 base salary plus commission, paid cellphone, 401(k), 2 weeks PTO

With an extensive inventory including woodchippers, concrete pumps, excavators, air compressors, tub grinders, bobcats, and more, we specialize in providing top-tier solutions to our diverse customer base.

    Role Overview:

    As a Heavy Equipment Sales Professional, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in heavy equipment to drive sales and provide expert guidance to customers. This role offers the opportunity to earn a competitive salary with uncapped commission, making a six-figure income achievable for motivated professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Utilize your in-depth knowledge of heavy equipment to advise and assist customers in selecting the right machines for their needs.

    + Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and exceed revenue targets.

    + Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve customer satisfaction.

    + Drive onto construction sites and conduct outside sales visits to understand customer needs firsthand.

    + Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and expand market reach.

    + Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience in sales of heavy equipment with a strong understanding of various machines such as woodchippers, concrete pumps, excavators, air compressors, tub grinders, bobcats, etc.

    + Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

    + Ability to perform outside sales duties, including driving onto construction sites and interacting directly with customers.

    + Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
