**Shift:** 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

**Pay:** $20/hr + shift differential of $0.75/hr

What You’ll Do

+ Operate and monitor food packaging equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production

+ Perform routine quality checks including weights, labels, and packaging integrity

+ Handle minor mechanical tasks like blade changes, greasing equipment, and line changeovers

+ Ensure proper line setup and readiness for product changeovers

+ Communicate effectively with team members and leadership across shifts

+ Meet and maintain all safety, quality, and GMP standards

+ Support plant cleanliness and organization through 5S practices

What We’re Looking For

+ At least 6 months of prior work experience (manufacturing preferred)

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

+ Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

+ Reliable, punctual, and motivated to perform your best

+ Must pass mechanical and critical thinking assessments

+ Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (due to SQF requirements)

Preferred:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Prior experience in food manufacturing or equipment operation

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $20.75 per hour
