Now Hiring a Junior Mergers and Acquisitions Associate in New Hyde Park, NY!

We are seeking a dedicated Mergers & Acquisitions Associate responsible for overseeing the complete Mergers & Acquisitions lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Build and nurture relationships with business owners, brokers, and other deal sources

+ Manage a steady flow of proprietary acquisition leads

+ Conduct outreach, meetings, and in-depth evaluations of potential targets

+ Oversee the full deal cycle—from initial contact through closing

+ Travel to meet with business owners and attend relevant industry events

+ Keep our CRM system and deal pipeline up to date and accurate

Skills & Qualifications:

+ At least 3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

+ Strong understanding of financial statements and deal structures

+ A self-starter attitude with persistence and a passion for closing deals

+ Must be based in NY and open to 25-30% travel (All travel expenses will be reimbursed)

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
