    We are seeking a seasoned **Project Manager Senior** to join our ePMO. You will apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and are regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Leads and provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level associates. Acts as expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Contributions have a significant impact on business cost, efficiency, and productivity on project budgets from $1M+.

     

    Typically involves medium to high degree of change. Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a large, multi-function project team. Projects may span one or more market and/or LOB with often aggressive but achievable stakeholder deadlines.

    Manages internal projects:

    • Large/complex/single or multiple region.

    • May include designing high-level concepts.

    • High risk.

    Manages project financials including business impact:

    • Meets or exceeds approved budgets.

    • Provides reliable financial forecasts to management.

    Manages stakeholder relationships:

    • Manages upper-level stakeholder relationships.

    Manages project teams:

    • Manages resources with a team size greater than 20 people.

    • Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members.

    • Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members.

    Qualifications / Education:

    • At least seven (7) + years of experience in a Project Management role or in a similar role/business

    • Previous experience working in the Healthcare Payer domain (Medicaid/Medicare)

    • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key services, operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management

    • Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.

    • Makes use of training and mentoring opportunities

    • PMP Certified or on path for PMP PMI Certification (or equivalent)

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
