We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Associate Scientist to join our Immunology Discovery team. This role plays a key part in the identification and validation of novel therapeutic targets by integrating cellular assays, molecular techniques, and immunological insights to support early discovery efforts. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of therapeutics for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases by designing and executing in vitro assays, analyzing data, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Biologist in Discovery Immunology, you will support the discovery and development of novel immunomodulatory therapies by developing cellular assays, executing in vitro experiments, and assessing functional changes in response to various perturbations. You will contribute to the early-stage validation of therapeutic targets and work closely with cross-functional teams to advance promising candidates toward clinical development.
+ Develop and optimize cell-based assays using primary immune cells from various species, including human, non-human primate, and mouse.
+ Assess immune cell function by utilizing techniques such as flow cytometry, MSD, ELISA, and qPCR.
+ Design and execute experiments and analyze resulting data to evaluate novel molecules in cell-based assays.
+ Communicate experimental data effectively through written reports and oral presentations.
