    Integration & Test Engineer- Secret Clearance Required

    Description

    Principal Integration and Test to support our Systems Engineering Integration Test SEIT department. As a member of the SEIT department you'll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists design engineers and superconducting foundry engineers to make our technologies a reality. This position will be 100% on-site.

    Job Responsibilities

    The candidate will serve as an Integration and Test Electrical Engineer to function in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. Daily responsibilities may include:

     

    + Support the installation integration and testing of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf COTS and custom equipment used to further research efforts on superconducting microelectronic devices.

    + Identify troubleshoot and remediate equipment issues to support system build-out and sell-off.

    + Communicate project status to the Integration and Test IT IPT Lead.

    + Collaborate with research scientists and systems engineers to perform system architecture characterization studies on various system components.

    + Design develop and implement testing methods for individual pieces of equipment both custom and COTS and entire systems.

    + Compile data and help to define changes required in testing methodology equipment testing procedures manufacturing processes and new testing requirements.

    + Performing hands-on electrical testing at CCA level test setup and execution

    + Performing hands-on electrical testing at a systems level

    + Incorporating hardware and/or software design changes

    + Documenting dispositioning hardware discrepancies pursuing root cause corrective actions

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications for Principal Integration and Test:

    + 5 Years with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or qualifying discipline 3 Years with Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or qualifying discipline or 1 year with a PhD

    + Active DoD Secret Level security clearance

    + Ability to innovate and lead digital transformation efforts

    + Working knowledge in one of the following languages: MATLAB Python C or C

    + Demonstrated ability to lead out at solving problems and driving all tasks to completion

    + Ability to work at a fast pace while multi-tasking and still communicate effectively

    + Ability to work in a team environment and lead small projects or teams

    + Hands-on electrical testing and diagnostic experience

    + Experience in Test script development with HW interfaces

    + Experience working with operational hazards such as overhead lifting Thermal Chambers and Vibration Test systems

    + Experience with external customer interfacing including meetings presentations negotiations

    + Experience performing formal requirements decomposition and/or verification

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $100.00/hr.
