    Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientist II to join our Drug Discovery Sciences team. This position through Joule will support the discovery of anti-cancer agents through the application of advanced LC-MS/MS techniques. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in bioanalysis and a background in pharmacokinetics, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform LC-MS/MS analysis of small molecules in biological matrices to support PK, TK, PD, and efficacy studies.

    + Conduct in vitro ADME studies (e.g., microsomal stability, protein binding, hepatocyte incubation).

    + Maintain and troubleshoot mass spectrometry instrumentation for optimal performance.

    + Prepare clear, concise reports and present findings to project teams.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–5 years of experience, or Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

    + Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and sample extraction in matrices such as plasma and tissues.

    + Proficient with Phoenix WinNonlin and LC-MS data analysis software (Sciex Analyst, Agilent MassHunter, etc.).

    + Knowledge of peptide LC-MS analysis and experience with RapidFire/QTOF or QTRAP systems is a plus.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask across projects
