    Description

    Customer seeks junior or mid level software engineers to support our rapidly growing Department of the Navy development and modernization programs.  This notice is for development and support of a Naval Weapons System to maintain and update the existing source code and functionality. This will include verification of issues written as Problem Reports against the Weapons System, investigation of software fixes, implementation and testing of those fixes, and integrating those fixes back into the system.   We seek self-starters capable of independent effort as well as participation on a small team.    This is a permanent, full-time position and the work will be performed on-site in our Research and Development Lab in Columbia, Maryland.

    Requirements: Must have a DoD Secret clearance 2+ years of experience Must have 1+ years of experience with C++ in a professional setting Preferred Qualifications: BS or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Experience with Java Experience with Linux Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $57.70/hr.
