Hiring Production Line Leads 2nd Shift or Weekend Days (Friday-Saturday)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead for the 2nd Shift to oversee a production line responsible for manufacturing liquid products. This role is pivotal in ensuring that production output meets the scheduled targets while maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee the production line to ensure efficient output of liquid products.

+ Ensure production output aligns with the scheduled timelines.

+ Perform sample testing and document results, primarily using written/paper copies.

+ Document all production and manufacturing processes accurately.

Essential Skills

+ Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

+ A minimum of 2 years in production or manufacturing experience.

+ Strong focus on quality and documentation.

+ Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean and well-lit manufacturing facility. It is currently mandatory to wear masks within the facility. Upon arrival, employees are required to complete a health questionnaire and have their temperature taken. Individuals with a temperature above 100.4°F will not be allowed entry and will be sent home.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie OR Chaska, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
