Job Description
As a packer, you will be responsible for weighing and inspecting final products, counting and packing materials, documenting materials as they come off the production line, and performing data entry using a computer. You must possess neat handwriting for report documentation and be able to fill out FDA-required paperwork. A strong ability to pass a basic math test is essential due to the extensive counting involved in this position. Maintaining good hygiene is crucial as you will work in a small clean room with controlled substances. Additionally, you will conduct 'burst' quality checks on packaging to ensure there are no defects.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
+ High School Diploma.
+ Previous experience working within a manufacturing facility.
+ Ability to enter data into a computer.
+ 1+ years of picking or packing experience.
+ Must pass a math test.
+ Dedication and attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with picker, packer, warehouse, rf scanner.
+ Strong math skills for counting.
+ Knowledge of GMP, foods, packaging, packing, inventory, and order picking.
Work Environment
You will work in a clean room environment where wearing hair nets, gloves, and lab coats is mandatory. It is essential to bring an extra pair of shoes for clean room work. The facility is monitored and regulated by the FDA and DEA, focusing on the manufacturing and distribution of controlled substances. The shift hours are from 4 pm to 12:30 am, Monday to Friday, with work required every other Saturday. Overtime availability is necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
