Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the reliability and performance of manufacturing and infrastructure equipment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment at optimal efficiency. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential in resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and training lower-level maintenance technicians, machine operators, and helpers to improve machine efficiencies.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine maintenance and repair of sprockets, pumps, bearings, shafts, chains, conveyors, belts, and related equipment.
+ Maintain and repair Hyperbaric HPP equipment.
+ Conduct maintenance and repair of steam, pneumatic, water, hydraulic, and related piping equipment.
+ Use and interpret schematics and blueprints for mechanical and electrical equipment within the facility.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and resolve identified issues.
+ Diagnose problems and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of lock out tag out and confined space entry.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance database records.
+ Engage in ongoing personal development, staying current with maintenance techniques.
+ Participate in safety and housekeeping programs.
+ Perform other duties as directed by the Plant Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Process Engineer, and Level A Technician.

Work Environment
The work environment is cold and refrigerated, maintained at 40 degrees. Shifts available are Tuesday-Saturday and Wednesday-Sunday, with hours from 1:00pm-9:30pm or 9:00pm-5:30am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
