Job Title: Maintenance Technician- Paying up to $40/hr
Responsibilities
+ Manage a 60/40 split between electrical and mechanical tasks.
+ Analyze and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to maintain production and quality.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and hydraulic blueprints.
+ Test newly installed or refurbished equipment to ensure they meet specifications and safety standards.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance issues that halt production.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime.
+ Maintain and monitor inventory of maintenance equipment and parts.
+ Troubleshoot issues with 3-phase systems, motors, frequency drives, sensors, switches, PLCs, heating elements, relays, and robotics.
+ Coordinate equipment installation and removal with the Maintenance Manager.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs and robots, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and heat exchangers.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.
+ PLC troubleshooting skills, including Siemens and Fanuc systems.
+ Experience with 480v, 3-phase systems, sensors, and relays.
+ Robotics skills, including teach pendants navigation, motor replacement, and troubleshooting TP error messages.
+ Experience with pneumatics valves and fittings.
+ MIG/stick welding experience.
+ Hydraulic experience, including pumps, valves, seals, and heat exchangers.
+ GED or high school diploma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
