    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing team training, managing daily reports, and ensuring all positions are covered year-round. The role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, supervision, assembly, and safety.

    + Proven leadership and management skills.

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and build effective team relationships.

    + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

    + Problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.

    Shift:

    Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with overtime

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $68000.00/yr.

     

    A full time position, with amazing earning potential with health, dental and vision, 10 days PTO, paid sick days, plus 6 federal holidays, 2 full paid weeks off during Christmas season and fully paid training.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Wilkes Barre,PA.
